Why “Metanoia”?

Changing your mind to gain a new perspective, on the world, and on yourself.

metanoia (noun) · from the Greek, “a transformative change of mind”

At Metanoia, I help people work through depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma and self-esteem challenges.

It begins in a safe, non-judgemental space. That is the foundation everything else is built on. From there, I'll guide you through life's challenges with a compassionate, goal-oriented approach, and together we'll work toward lasting personal growth and a healthier, more balanced life.
