What is PREPARE/ENRICH?

PREPARE/ENRICH is the world's most widely used pre-marriage and relationship assessment, developed by relationship researcher Dr David Olson and used by counsellors for over 40 years with millions of couples worldwide.

Rather than generic advice, it starts with a science-backed questionnaire you each complete online. The result is a personalised map of your relationship: where you're already strong, and where your expectations differ in ways worth talking about now.

I'm a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, which means I'm trained to walk you through your results and turn them into real skills, not just an interesting report.

How the program works

    Online assessment

    You each complete a science-backed questionnaire tailored to your relationship stage: engaged, dating seriously, or newly married. About 30–40 minutes.

  2. 2

    Personalised report

    A detailed picture of your relationship's strengths and growth areas across communication, conflict, finances, family expectations, intimacy, spiritual beliefs and more.

  3. 3

    Guided sessions

    As your certified facilitator, I walk you through the results across a minimum of 3 sessions (and as many as you need), unpacking each area and building practical skills together. Not just insight, but tools.

Meet Megan

Hi, I'm Megan Bodnar

I'm a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator and Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, and walking couples toward a strong start is some of my favourite work.

I've been married fifteen years myself. Nobody hands you a manual, and the skills you build before the wedding are the ones you lean on for decades afterwards.

In our sessions nobody gets put on the spot. You'll never be pressured to share more than you want to. But you'll always leave with more to talk about together.

For couples of faith, I'm experienced in faith-based marriage preparation and happy to integrate prayer and spiritual discernment (as much or as little as you wish).
